After more than 32 years in the automotive industry, Mark brings experience, consistency, and the kind of product knowledge that only comes from decades of helping people make one of the biggest purchases of their lives. He has been with Tower Honda for the past 9 1/2 years, where he has built a reputation for straightforward service, strong customer relationships, and actually listening to people. A strangely rare skill in a business where some salespeople still treat customers like prey on a nature documentary.

Before beginning his career in automotive sales, Mark earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He is also an accredited certified chef, combining business knowledge with creativity, discipline, and attention to detail. That background has helped shape his approach to customer service: work hard, know your craft, and make sure people leave happier than when they walked in!

With 5 years of experience in automotive sales, including 2 years of selling Hondas exclusively, my focus is customer satisfaction and retention.  I am committed to understanding my customer’s needs, building trust, and delivering a seamless, transparent experience. I truly love working at Tower Honda and have had the best experience of my career selling Honda’s!

Born and Raised in Longview & graduating as a Longview Lobo I joined the automotive industry in 2020. Starting off as a Porter working my way to Inventory Manager I have been appraising and selling vehicles the last six years! After leaving the industry for a bit I realized nothing is as fun and motivating than helping customers with not only wants but also essential needs. When it comes to my customers I enjoy providing insightful information when it comes to car shopping. I joined Tower Honda in 2024 to help further improve my career and relationships with customers.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time going on hikes, working on home projects, and traveling around the world. However, nothing beats spending time with my son, friends, and family!

I’ve worked in the automotive industry for just over a year, building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and the community. My goal is to ensure every customer has an excellent buying experience and finds the vehicle that best meets their needs. With a background in finance and construction, I use analytical skills and practical problem‑solving to build rapport and guide customers to the right choice!

With over five years of experience selling cars and certifications in multiple brands, I’m here to make your car-buying experience simple and enjoyable. I believe in being open, honest, and easy to work with—no pressure, just helping you find the right vehicle.

Jace McCann is a Sales Consultant at Tower Honda of Longview known for his strong work ethic, driven mindset, and customer-first approach. Originally from Pueblo, Colorado, Jace brings a grounded, hardworking mentality into everything he does. While new to the automotive industry, he has quickly made an impact by focusing on transparency, clear communication, and delivering a smooth, stress-free car-buying experience.

Before transitioning into car sales, Jace built a strong professional foundation with Planet Fitness, where he advanced into a General Manager role. In that position, he was responsible for leading team operations, driving performance, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. His experience managing people, solving problems, and maintaining day-to-day operations allows him to bring a high level of professionalism, organization, and accountability to every client interaction.

Jace is committed to understanding each customer’s needs and helping them make confident, informed decisions. His goal is simple: create an easy, transparent experience while building lasting relationships and earning trust with every customer he serves!

Brian Lopez is a Sales Representative here at Tower Honda.  He has been in the Automotive Industry since 2017 and counting. Brian provides outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction. He has worked for other reputable brands, such as Toyota. Brian is responsible for many vehicles on the road throughout the East Texas, and DFW area!
